World-class customer service by this merchant! My item was damaged somewhere in transit. Since it was handled by customs and multiple mail carrier services, we were unable to discern when and how the item was damaged. At their own cost, the merchant took care of this situation and sent me a brand new item. It is so beautiful and unique. Will shop from again! Thank you so much.
